The NyayStack Vault is intended for organizing documents that a user is authorized to access and use in a Matter. It is not a public document repository, and uploaded content is not exposed to search crawlers.

Organize documents by Matter

Keep pleadings, orders, correspondence, evidence and rules associated with their case context. Use descriptive names and check that the selected Matter and workspace are correct before uploading.

Review extraction against originals

Text extraction and document analysis can help locate dates, obligations and potentially relevant passages. OCR may misread names, figures, stamps, tables or handwriting; verify important details on the original page.

Respect confidentiality and permissions

Matter and document access follows account/workspace authorization. When AI analysis is requested, relevant selected content may be sent to the configured AI provider. Use findings as leads

Automated tags or extracted facts are review aids, not final factual findings. Resolve conflicting documents and identify missing evidence before using an analysis in a filing or advice.
