Security and responsible handling

NyayStack is a legal work platform and may process sensitive case material. Use it only with information you are authorized to process, and review your workspace and professional confidentiality requirements before uploading client documents.

Workspace and Matter access

Matter and document endpoints are protected by authentication and workspace access checks. Public marketing pages do not include private Matters, drafts, uploads, billing records or account data.

External AI processing

When an AI feature is used, relevant selected text may be sent to the AI provider configured for the service. Do not assume that disabling public access also changes a provider's own processing terms; consult the applicable provider and NyayStack terms before using sensitive material.

Legal sources and verification

Connected legal-source availability depends on the configured provider. A search result or generated analysis is not legal verification by itself. Read judgments, confirm citations and check later treatment before reliance.
